Biography

Dr. Li Xianhe has a solid foundation in microsurgery. In his early career, he focused on hand trauma, replantation of amputated fingers, and tissue flap transplantation. He later introduced meticulous microscopic dissection and vascular protection techniques into body contouring, maxillofacial, and breast plastic surgery. He specializes in major procedures such as severe postpartum abdominal wall laxity, macromastia/breast ptosis, and maxillofacial contouring. He holds multiple plastic surgery-related patents and has delivered academic presentations multiple times at the Southwest Plastic Surgery Congress.
